Patricia Coyle from Stony Brook University: Bringing Lessons From ACTRIMS Back to Practice
FEBRUARY 20, 2016
Some of the finest minds in the field of multiple sclerosis were in New Orleans for the annual ACTRIMS conference all looking to share their knowledge and learn more before returning home to their patients.
Patricia K. Coyle, MD, from Stony Brook University discussed some of her highlights from the conference and what it can mean not only for patient care now but in the not too distant future as well. Coyle also talked about the development of a new medication for progressive multiple sclerosis in ocrelizumab and the current status of a longtime tool in the fight against the condition in interferon.
