Despite being a well known condition with many treatment options on the market many patients with asthma still struggle to manage their symptoms on a daily basis. New approaches to treatment are working to address these issues and more.

Bradley Chipps, MD, from the Capital Allergy & Respiratory Disease Center in Sacramento, and Vice President of the ACAAI discussed some of these new treatment options and what they can mean to the field of pulmonology during the American College of Asthma, Allergy & Immunology's annual scientific sessions in San Antonio.
